A few weeks ago our friend Daniel Jonberger, head sommelier of the 5-star luxury resort Rockliffe Hall in the UK, visited Feudo Arancio to experience the history of our Sicilian wines.
He recalls his Sicilian travels in his blog, and in his article links the story of Feudo, beginning in 2001, and the philosophy of development, along with how we “are immensely proud to be green”.
He writes about the methods and engineering of cultivation and irrigation used, along with comments on the impressive underground winery and “very impressive use of oak barrels”.
He had great things to say about our two wines, Chardonnay and Hedonis, two labels that will be available at Rockliffe Hall soon.
Thanks to Daniel for visiting and your kind words. Read the blog post in English here >> www.rockliffehall.com/blog/lesson-sicilian-winemaking
